Licensing

The HHS license is valid for one year and permits you to use the lessons commercially outside of high schools and private home-users or home-schooling. It also provides access to additional content such as stories and presentations as well as access to the Hacker Highschool cloud-based lab network for performing lesson exercises. 

What is a license?

A license is the means in which you can integrate the HHS materials in your commercial trainings, outside of a high school or homeschool setting, for one year. This allows your teen students to benefit from HHS' specially crafted learning materials for them outside of t 


Do I need a license?

If you want to provide the lessons in a training class, college, university, trade school, boot camp, summer camp, office, or similar then you will need to a license.

If you are using the Hacker Highschool lessons at a high school, at home for private use, or private home-schooling then you do NOT need a license. However if you want to use the Hacker Highschool additional materials then you will still need to pay for a license to get access.

If you want to use the text from the lessons for your commercial books, slides, and workbooks then you need to contact us for permission. For non-commercial use, clear attribution is required.


Commercial Users

If you want to teach the Hacker Highschool lessons under our brand of Hacker Highschool  for your business then you need to contact us for terms or become an ISECOM Training Partner. A license does not cover brand use in commercial or for-profit use.


How much does it cost?

A license is valid for 1 year and costs 199EUR.
